SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
A fast dispatch and excellent packaging to make sure you get your order as quickly as possible. All items are checked that they are well packaged in a strong box with plenty of void fill where necessary. Orders are usually dispatched on the same day, or the next working day and this will be advised via email.

United Kingdom
All UK orders over £4.00 are free delivery and will be sent using a tracking service that is provided by the courier company. If the order is over £50, then the parcel will be signed for on delivery. It is your responsibility that someone is available to sign for the parcel.

Overseas
For Shipping to International addresses, there is a shipping cost of £25 for Australasia region and £15 for the rest of the world to be applied to your purchase, depending on your location. All parcels will be sent using a tracking service that is provided by the courier company. If the order is over £50, then it will be free delivery and the parcel will be sent as signed for on delivery. It is your responsibility that someone is available to sign for the parcel

Return & Exchange Policy
MustHave Collectables will accept returns within 7 days of delivery, on the basis that the item is still in it's original packaging sent and the item is not damaged in any form. The item must be returned using a service that the parcel can be tracked, otherwise no refund can be returned to the customer if the item is lost. Any items sent back will be at your expense and risk so please make sure that postal insurance is taken out to cover any loss and the items are packed in a box (jiffy bags or brown paper are not sufficient).
